The Homer Foundation’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of the greater Homer area by promoting philanthropic and charitable activities.
Through the generosity of supporters like you, the Homer Foundation has distributed more than $3.3 million in grants and scholarships to improve the lives of citizen in the greater Homer community since 1991. In 2020 we distributed $328,186 in 87 grants, which included $32,500 in 19 scholarships. In fact, we are the largest single provider of scholarships in the area. Our area non-profits are considered our partners in the community, with 49 different non-profits receiving support from the Homer Foundation last year.
